Here we have 27 of the greatest DEBUT singles of all time. I'm almost 95% certain they were debuts in both the UK and US. The title of the mix ' It's All Downhill From Here ' suggests that each artist never bettered their first single which of course in almost all cases is untrue, it's just the title I decided on!
